Abstract

The results of the work include systematization of theoretical founda-tions and practical experience in eco-certification of buildings, development of advanced practical recommendations for eco-certification of residential build-ings in large municipalities of the Russian Federation, proposal of a set of measures to create a certified ecological environment of a residential building in the conditions of infill development of St. Petersburg, conducting a feasibility study of the optimal variant of ecological solutions. The field of application of the results includes design, construction, and operation of residential buildings in large cities of Russia, development of re-gional and municipal programs for the development of ecological construction, improvement of the regulatory framework and systems of ecological certifica-tion of buildings. Conclusions: the creation of a certified ecological environment of a resi-dential building in the conditions of infill development is possible under the condition of an integrated approach that takes into account environmental, economic, technical, and social aspects. The developed recommendations and solutions contribute to improving the quality of life of the population, preserv-ing natural resources and cultural heritage, developing a green economy, and achieving sustainable development goals.
