Abstract

This work is dedicated to the design and development of an Android application with adaptive design, an intuitive user interface for users working in the field of device repair or maintenance. Tasks addressed during the work: 1. Analyze existing solutions on the market, both applications and the most popular devices for repair. 2. Define requirements for the development of the Android application. 3. Based on the formed requirements, develop an application with a CRM system. 4. Test the developed application. 5. Assess the practical effectiveness of the created application. The work was carried out during self-study of this direction. As part of the design, an analysis of existing solutions and technologies used for developing an application with adaptive design and a CRM system interface was conducted. As a result, an application was developed considering the conducted analysis and requirements. System testing was carried out, weaknesses and defects were identified and eliminated. Recommendations for improving the functionality and performance of the application were developed.
