Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: “Механический расчет ротора гидрогенератора Черекской ГЭС”. Целью работы является определение критических частот вращения и напряжений в отдельных узлах ротора. В работе представлены расчеты критической частоты вращения по аналитическому методу и методу конечных элементов. Проведено сравнение двух методов по критериям совпадения полученных результатов. Представлены аналитические механические расчеты по валу ротора, втулке подпятника, ободу ротора с определением механических напряжений, возникающих в них при эксплуатации гидрогенератора. По результату механических расчетов была подтверждена правильность выбора геометрических размеров и конструктивных решений для ротора гидрогенератора исходя из критерия оценки по механическим напряжениям.

The topic of the final qualification work: “Mechanical calculation of the rotor of the Cherekskaya HPP hydrogenerator". The purpose of the work is to determine the critical rotational speeds and stresses in individual rotor nodes. The paper presents calculations of the critical rotational speed using the analytical method and the finite element method. The two methods were compared according to the criteria of coincidence of the results obtained. Analytical mechanical calculations are presented for the rotor shaft, the bearing sleeve, and the rotor rim with the determination of mechanical stresses arising in them during operation of the hydrogenerator. Based on the results of mechanical calculations, the correctness of the choice of geometric dimensions and design solutions for the rotor of the hydro generator was confirmed based on the evaluation criterion for mechanical stresses.
