Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: “МеханичеÑкий раÑчет ротора гидрогенератора ЧерекÑкой ГÐСâ€. Целью работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ðµ критичеÑких чаÑтот Ð²Ñ€Ð°Ñ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ напрÑжений в отдельных узлах ротора. Ð’ работе предÑтавлены раÑчеты критичеÑкой чаÑтоты Ð²Ñ€Ð°Ñ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ аналитичеÑкому методу и методу конечных Ñлементов. Проведено Ñравнение двух методов по критериÑм ÑÐ¾Ð²Ð¿Ð°Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… результатов. ПредÑтавлены аналитичеÑкие механичеÑкие раÑчеты по валу ротора, втулке подпÑтника, ободу ротора Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ механичеÑких напрÑжений, возникающих в них при ÑкÑплуатации гидрогенератора. По результату механичеÑких раÑчетов была подтверждена правильноÑть выбора геометричеÑких размеров и конÑтруктивных решений Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ€Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð° гидрогенератора иÑÑ…Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¸Ð· ÐºÑ€Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ¸ по механичеÑким напрÑжениÑм.
The topic of the final qualification work: “Mechanical calculation of the rotor of the Cherekskaya HPP hydrogenerator". The purpose of the work is to determine the critical rotational speeds and stresses in individual rotor nodes. The paper presents calculations of the critical rotational speed using the analytical method and the finite element method. The two methods were compared according to the criteria of coincidence of the results obtained. Analytical mechanical calculations are presented for the rotor shaft, the bearing sleeve, and the rotor rim with the determination of mechanical stresses arising in them during operation of the hydrogenerator. Based on the results of mechanical calculations, the correctness of the choice of geometric dimensions and design solutions for the rotor of the hydro generator was confirmed based on the evaluation criterion for mechanical stresses.
