Abstract

Объектом исследования являются авария на радиационно-опасном объекте. Предметом исследования является оценка ущерба от аварии на радиационно-опасном объекте. Цель работы – дополнить существующую методику расчета последствий аварии на радиационно-опасном объекте и выполнить расчеты на примере возможной аварии на ООО «N». Действующая методика дополнена блоком оценки радиационного загрязнения пространства в случае «приземного» выброса. На основании методики на примере возможной аварии на ООО «N» выполнены: экономическая оценка вреда для здоровья населения и обслуживающего персонала; расчет затрат на обследование загрязненных помещений и территорий; расчет затрат на дезактивацию помещений и территорий; расчет затрат на транспортирование и захоронение радиоактивных отходов; расчет экономических потерь вследствие вывода земель из сельскохозяйственного производства; оценка имущественных потерь физических и юридических лиц в результате аварии. Для качественного достижения полученных результатов были использованы следующие информационные технологии: MS Word; КонсультантПлюс; ГАРАНТ.РУ; Научная электронная библиотека СПбПУ; Поисковые Интернет-системы Яндекс/Google.

The object of the study is an accident at a radiation hazardous facility. The subject of the study is the assessment of damage from an accident at a radiation hazardous facility. The purpose of the work is to supplement the existing methodology for calculating the consequences of an accident at a radiation-hazardous facility and to perform calculations using the example of a possible accident at OOO «N». The current methodology is supplemented by a block for assessing the radiation pollution of space in the case of a "surface" release. On the basis of the methodology, using the example of a possible accident at LLC "N", the following were performed: economic assessment of harm to the health of the population and service personnel; calculation of costs for inspection of contaminated premises and territories; calculation of costs for decontamination of premises and territories; calculation of costs for transportation and disposal of radioactive waste; calculation of economic losses due to the withdrawal of land from agricultural production; assessment of property losses of individuals and legal entities as a result of an accident. For the qualitative achievement of the results obtained, the following information technologies were used: MS Word; Consultant Plus; GARANT.RU; Scientific Electronic Library of SPbPU; Internet search systems Yandex/Google.
