
Объектом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑÑŽÑ‚ÑÑ Ð°Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° радиационно-опаÑном объекте. Предметом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ° ущерба от аварии на радиационно-опаÑном объекте. Цель работы – дополнить ÑущеÑтвующую методику раÑчета поÑледÑтвий аварии на радиационно-опаÑном объекте и выполнить раÑчеты на примере возможной аварии на ООО «N». ДейÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð°Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð¸ÐºÐ° дополнена блоком оценки радиационного загрÑÐ·Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÑтранÑтва в Ñлучае «приземного» выброÑа. Ðа оÑновании методики на примере возможной аварии на ООО «N» выполнены: ÑкономичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ° вреда Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð²ÑŒÑ Ð½Ð°ÑÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ обÑлуживающего перÑонала; раÑчет затрат на обÑледование загрÑзненных помещений и территорий; раÑчет затрат на дезактивацию помещений и территорий; раÑчет затрат на транÑпортирование и захоронение радиоактивных отходов; раÑчет ÑкономичеÑких потерь вÑледÑтвие вывода земель из ÑельÑкохозÑйÑтвенного производÑтва; оценка имущеÑтвенных потерь физичеÑких и юридичеÑких лиц в результате аварии. The object of the study is an accident at a radiation hazardous facility. The subject of the study is the assessment of damage from an accident at a radiation hazardous facility. The purpose of the work is to supplement the existing methodology for calculating the consequences of an accident at a radiation-hazardous facility and to perform calculations using the example of a possible accident at OOO «N». The current methodology is supplemented by a block for assessing the radiation pollution of space in the case of a "surface" release. On the basis of the methodology, using the example of a possible accident at LLC "N", the following were performed: economic assessment of harm to the health of the population and service personnel; calculation of costs for inspection of contaminated premises and territories; calculation of costs for decontamination of premises and territories; calculation of costs for transportation and disposal of radioactive waste; calculation of economic losses due to the withdrawal of land from agricultural production; assessment of property losses of individuals and legal entities as a result of an accident. For the qualitative achievement of the results obtained, the following information technologies were used: MS Word; Consultant Plus; GARANT.RU; Scientific Electronic Library of SPbPU; Internet search systems Yandex/Google.
