Abstract

В первой главе выпускной квалификационной работы представлен технологический процесс изготовления детали «Вал выходной». Для этого были проведены следующие действия: анализ детали на технологичность и соответствие чертежа требованиям ЕСКД; выбор заготовки на основании технико-экономического анализа; разработка технологического процесса на основе типового для валов; описание плана обработки отдельных поверхностей и назначение режимов резания; выбор технологических баз на каждой отдельной операции; расчёт норм времени. Результатом работы служит формирование комплекта технологической документации.Во второй главе работы была разработана технологическая оснастка для операции фрезерования шпоночного паза. В ее состав входит: выбор установочных элементов, расчёт прижимного устройства и расчёт силового привода. Представлены чертежи элементов приспособления.В третьей главе выпускной работы были рассмотрены способы расчёта трех типов режущего инструмента для обработки заготовки. Расчёт производился на основе выданных исходных значений. Следствием является комплект чертежей: чертеж фасонного резца, чертеж червячной фрезы и чертеж комплекта метчиков.

In the first chapter of the final qualifying work, the technological process of manufacturing the "Output Shaft" part is presented. To do this, the following actions were carried out: analysis of the part for manufacturability and compliance of the drawing with the requirements of the ESCD; selection of the workpiece based on a technical and economic analysis; development of a technological process based on a typical shaft; description of the plan for processing individual surfaces and the appointment of cutting modes; selection of technological bases for each individual operation; calculation of time standards. The result of the work is the formation of a set of technological documentation.In the second chapter of the work, technological equipment was developed for the keyway milling operation. It includes: selection of installation elements, calculation of the clamping device and calculation of the power drive. Drawings of the elements of the device are presented.In the third chapter of the graduation paper, methods for calculating three types of cutting tools for workpiece processing were considered. The calculation was made on the basis of the given initial values. The consequence is a set of drawings: a drawing of a shaped cutter, a drawing of a worm cutter and a drawing of a set of taps.
