Abstract

Объект исследования – нефтяная отрасль Китая и России. Цель магистерской диссертации – изучение стратегии развития и потенциальные возможности нефтяной отрасли Китая и России. Методы исследования: анализ литературных источников, синтеза, сравнения, дедукции и индукции. В первой главе рассматривается современное состояние и перспективы нефтяной промышленности Китая. Проведен анализ текущего состояния топливно-энергетического комплекса Китая; изучена стратегия развития нефтяной отрасли КНР; описана роль нефтяной промышленности в обеспечении энергетической безопасности Китая. Вторая глава посвящена изучению потенциала и стратегии развития нефтяной отрасли России. С этой целью представлены основные показатели нефтяной отрасли России; проведен анализ энергетической стратегии России до 2035 г.; охарактеризованы основные механизмы внедрения инновационных технологий в нефтяную промышленность России. В третьей главе рассмотрены приоритетные направления энергетического сотрудничества Китая и России; изучена структура проектов и потенциальные возможности их реализации; дана оценка эффективности применения инновационных технологий в нефтяной отрасли. Научная новизна исследования заключается в разработке предложений по развитию сотрудничества между Китаем и Россией по реализации инновационных проектов, а также в предложении и оценке эффективности инновационных проектов, направленных на повышение эффективности работы нефтяных компаний России. Область применения результатов исследования – при разработке проектов по развитию сотрудничества России и Китая в нефтяной отрасли.

The object of research is the oil industry of China and Russia. The purpose of the master's thesis is to study the development strategy and potential of the oil industry in China and Russia. Research methods: analysis of literary sources, synthesis, comparison, deduction and induction. The first Chapter discusses the current state and prospects of China's oil industry. The analysis of the current state of the fuel and energy complex of China; studied the strategy of development of the oil industry of China; described the role of the oil industry in ensuring China's energy security. The second Chapter is devoted to the study of the potential and development strategy of the Russian oil industry. To this end, the main indicators of the Russian oil industry are presented; the analysis of the energy strategy of Russia until 2035 is carried out; the main mechanisms for the introduction of innovative technologies in the Russian oil industry are described. The third Chapter discusses the priority areas of energy cooperation between China and Russia; studied the structure of projects and potential opportunities for their implementation; assesses the effectiveness of innovative technologies in the oil industry. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the development of proposals for the development of cooperation between China and Russia on the implementation of innovative projects, as well as in the proposal and evaluation of the effectiveness of innovative projects aimed at improving the efficiency of Russian oil companies. The scope of the research results is in the development of projects for the development of cooperation between China and Russia in the oil industry.
