Abstract

Объектом исследования являются котельные, реконструируемые в мини-ТЭЦ. Целью работы является анализ эффективности использования механизмов государственно-частного партнерства при реализации проектов по реконструкции котельных в мини-ТЭЦ. В работе проведен анализ основ формирования и развития механизмов государственно-частного партнерства, разработаны принципы и требования к реализации проектов по реконструкции котельных в мини-ТЭЦ с использованием механизма государственно-частного партнерства, сделан анализ экономической эффективности проектов реконструкции котельных в мини-ТЭЦ с различными источниками финансирования.

The object of the study are boiler houses reconstructed in mini-CHP. The aim of the work is to analyze the effectiveness of using the mechanisms of public-private partnership in the implementation of projects for the reconstruction of boiler rooms in mini-CHP. The paper analyzed the fundamentals of the formation and development of public-private partnership mechanisms, developed principles and requirements for the implementation of projects for the reconstruction of boiler plants in mini-CHP using the mechanism of public-private partnership, analyzed the economic efficiency of projects for the reconstruction of boiler plants in mini-CHPs with various sources financing.
