Abstract

Цель настоящего исследования состоит в разработке и оценке эффективности внедрения новых материалов на предприятии порошковой металлургии АО «Полема». Для достижения поставленной цели подлежат решению следующие задачи: рассмотреть особенности накопления радиоактивных отходов в продукции порошковой металлургии; исследовать особенности получения и пластической обработки механолегированных материалов системы алюминий-бор; анализ существующих методик оценки экономической эффективности инновационных проектов; привести цепочки изготовления контейнеров от порошкового материала до готового изделия; охарактеризовать инновационного проекта применения системы алюминий-бор в технологии изготовления продукции порошковой металлургии в АО «Полема»; проанализировать экономическую, экологическую и энергетическую эффективность применения инновационного проекта. Объектом исследования выступает процесс внедрения новых материалов на предприятии порошковой металлургии. Предмет исследования – разработка и оценка эффективности внедрения новых материалов на предприятии порошковой металлургии АО «Полема».

The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of introducing new materials at the powder metallurgy enterprise Polema JSC. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are to be solved: to consider the features of the accumulation of radioactive waste in the products of powder metallurgy; analysis of existing methods for assessing the economic efficiency of innovative projects; to carry out the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise JSC Polema; lead the chain of manufacturing containers from powder material to the finished product; to characterize the innovative project of application of the aluminum-boron system in the technology of manufacturing products of powder metallurgy in JSC Polema; to analyze the economic, environmental and energy efficiency of the application of an innovative project. The object of the research is the process of introducing new materials at a powder metallurgy enterprise. The subject of the research is the development and evaluation of the effectiveness of introducing new materials at the powder metallurgy enterprise of Polema JSC.
