KALIP YAYLARI İÇİN YORULMA TEST CİHAZI TASARIMI VE ANALİZİ

Abstract

Metalik yaylar, bircok endustriyel uygulamada kullanilan makine elemanlaridir. Genellikle, makine parcalarini ayni konumda tutmak, darbeleri, titresimleri azaltmak veya titresim olusturmak amaciyla kullanilirlar. Yaylar, dinamik calisma kosullari altinda maruz kaldigi yukler nedeniyle bazen aniden kirilirlar. Yaylarin calismasi esnasinda, yorulmaya etki eden parametrelerin etkileri tam olarak bilinemezse yorulma kirilmasi tahmin edilenden daha kisa surede olabilir ve sonucta yogun maddi kayiplar ortaya cikabilir. Gunumuzde malzemelerin yorulma davranisinin anlasilmasiyla ilgili bircok calisma yapilmaktadir. Ancak bu calismalarin cok azi yaylar uzerinedir. Bu calismada kalip yaylari ve helisel basi yaylari esas alinmistir. Literaturde yer alan yay yorulmasi ile ilgili arastirmalar incelenmis ve bu calismalar belirlenen parametrelere gore gruplanarak analiz edilmistir. Ardindan yorulma arastirmalarinin yapildigi test cihazlari detayli sekilde incelenmistir. Son olarak da yapilan analiz calismalarinin ardindan sentez calismasi ile yeni tip bir yay yorulma test cihazi tasarimi gerceklestirilmistir. Test cihazi tasariminda mevcut kalip yaylari incelenmis ve buna gore test edilebilecek yaylar belirlenmistir. Test cihazinin calismasi esnasinda olusturmasi gereken kuvvet degerleri hesaplanarak yeni tasarlanan cihazin bilgisayar destekli analiz calismalari yapilmistir. Tasarlanan yay yorulma test cihazinin benzerlerine gore daha yuksek rijitlik, boy, sarim capi ve tel kesiti gibi degisken parametrelerde daha fazla cesitlilige sahip oldugu gorulmustur. Boylece daha fazla degisik yayin test edilebilecegi bu tasarimda, calisma esnasinda is guvenligi acisindan daha emniyetli ve daha sessiz calisma ortami saglanabilecegi de aciktir.
