The present corpus of the Nenets language(s) has been developed as part of the long-term research project INEL ("Grammatical Descriptions, Corpora and Language Technology for Indigenous Northern Eurasian Languages"). The corpus makes possible typologically aware corpus-based grammatical research on the Nenets language(s) and expands the documentation of the lesser described indigenous languages of Northern Eurasia.
