The year 2020 is characterized by the impact of COVID-19 on social, economic, educational and cultural activities. This impact has been transformed into numerous changes in the ways processes and services are carried out. The Educational Innovation track of the international conference "Technological Ecosystems for Enhancing Multiculturality", has not been alien to these changes. The activities carried out until this year in face-to-face form, have had to be carried out in online form. This new situation is also considered as an opportunity to carry out the processes and services by innovating and incorporating new features. In this track the advantages of the previous editions have been kept, such as: to know the state of art in educational innovation, exchange knowledge, learning among peers, meet people with similar interests, etc. Along with them, other features have been included, as the study and analysis, through the Ecolab activity, to check the evolution of certain indicators of educational innovation.
