All while moving with high speeds, the 4G's networks unceasingly seek to improve the offered services and to guarantee a certain level of QoS for users. Indeed, this paper is registered to implement the various characteristics of some new standards candidates with the 4G, LTE and LTE-A, i.e. their contributions and their behaviors in term of QoS conservation for subscribers in the state of a fast movement. Moreover, we study the effect of mobility at high speeds either in the presence or absence of the mechanism of Handover. Furthermore, we will evaluate and develop our results using theoretical results of the standard. Thereby, simulator NS-2 under Linux platform Ubunto 10.04 is used for our simulation.
