This paper discusses education in Marine Science and Technology in the United Kingdom. An outline of the UK educational system is presented, to provide an orientation for the reader unfamiliar with its structure. A general critique of appropriate resources, considered on a national scale, is then presented. The paper continues with a discussion of the extensive commitment to marine education at the University College of North Wales and concludes with a discussion of possible future projects.
