Media planning optimization treatment

Abstract

This article deals with the research of up-to-date advertising activity treatments. The expert system has been developed as a kind of assistance to an adman. The article represents the techniques of cost calculation for advertising campaign of industrial enterprise end calculation techniques of index numbers being used. This cost calculation algorithm of advertising campaign performed in expert system is based on the utilization of optimization task of integer number linier programming. The results of algorithm's functioning could be used for identifying the target audience while performing the procedure of advertising positioning at industrial enterprises.
