Abstract

The purpose of this article is to outline a scheme for staff development which it is hoped will make some contribution to improving the effectiveness of teaching and also to providing a recognized programme of staff development for the future benefit of both the college and the individual member of staff. Mr Bailey is Principal of Dudley Technical College.
