The ultimate purpose in acquiring knowledge is to do something with it; to use it in some way. The previous article showed how knowledge about interpersonal behaviour can be gathered up by an observer. This article takes the story two stages further by showing how the data is processed, and in particular, by describing the use to which it is put after it has been analysed. Our current concern, therefore, is with how the data about interpersonal behaviour which has been assembled by the process of behaviour analysis is fed back to participating managers during their training experience.
