In this interesting paper, the authors obtain global asymptotic stability conditions for the following system \[ \dot{x_i}(t)=-a_i(x_i(t))[b_i(x_i(t))+f_i(t,x_t)], \quad t\neq t_k,\;i=1,\dots,n, \] \[ \Delta(x_i(t_k))=I_{ik}(x_i(t_k^-)), \] with applications to a generalized Cohen-Grossberg neural network model with time-varying delays and distributed delays.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 22 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Top 10% | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Top 10% | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Top 10% |
