In this article the electronic transport properties of superconductor(S)/semiconductor(N) hybrid strucutres are reviewed. The devices considered consist of superconducting Nb electrodes that are coupled via the two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) of high electron mobility InAs-heterostructures. Beside the stationary (dc) and non-stationary (ac) characteristics of single Josephson junctions the properties of Josephson field-effect transistors (JoFETs) and SNS transistors are discussed.
