Let \(\mathbb D\) be the open unit disk in the complex plane \(\mathbb C\), \(\varphi:{\mathbb D}\rightarrow {\mathbb D}\), \(\psi:{\mathbb D}\rightarrow {\mathbb C}\) be analytic functions. The weighted composition operator is acting on the functions defined on \(\mathbb D\) by the formula \[ (C_{\varphi,\psi}f)(z)=\psi(z)f(\varphi(z)), \quad z\in {\mathbb D}. \] For the difference \( C_{\varphi_{1},\psi_{1}} - C_{\varphi_{2},\psi_{2}} \) of such operators acting between weighted \(H^{\infty}\)-spaces, there are obtained necessary and sufficient conditions of boundedness and the value equivalent to its essential norm is found.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 1 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
