Remarks on the strong lifting property for products

Abstract

In diesen beiden Arbeiten wird gezeigt, daß die Klasse der (kompakten) Maßräume mit der Eigenschaft, daß ihre Produkte mit anderen (kompakten) Maßräumen die stark-lifting-Eigenschaft (strong lifting property; kurz: SLP) haben, echt größer als jene der metrisierbaren (kompakten) Maßräume ist. Konkreter: Ein kompakter Maßraum hat definitionsgemäß die Produkt-stark-lifting- Eigenschaft (product strong lifting property; kurz: PSLP), wenn sein Produkt mit jedem anderen kompakten Maßraum, der die SLP hat, auch (dieser Produktmaßraum) die SLP hat. Die Hauptresultate sind nun die folgenden: (a) Ein quasi-invariantes Maß auf einem kompakten homogenen Raum (durch Reduktion auf das Haar-lift dieses Maßes) und folglich das Haarmaß auf einer kompakten Gruppe haben die PSLP. Ein Beispiel deutet auch an, daß nicht nur das Haarmaß sondern auch andere Maße auf einer kompakten Gruppe die PSLP haben. (b) Jede stetige Abbildung eines Produktmaßes von beliebig vielen Maßen auf metrisierbaren kompakten Räumen hat die PSLP, wenn dieses (Abbildungs-) Maß die SLP hat. Speziell hat das schon erwähnte Produktmaß selbst (ohne weitere Voraussetzungen) die PSLP.
