This paper presents one approach for the innovative organization training for business analysts in developing enterprise ontologies. The underlying teaching framework is pursuing a methodology that will aid the process of knowledge structuring and practical ontology design, with emphasis on visual techniques. The described approach may be helpful for those companies which are interested in the practical knowledge management and need skillfu knowledge workers. The paper proposes some new ideas of practical ontology design and evaluation and may be interesting for the knowledge engineering research and practicising community.
