Abstract

AbstractAn den Wänden geschabte Apparate werden großtechnisch häufig als Wärmetauscher für Systeme mit Feststoffbildungen oder hohen Viskositäten eingesetzt. Bei geringen Länge/Durchmesser‐Verhältnissen hat dabei die Rückvermischung einen maßgeblichen Einfluss auf den prozessseitigen Wärmetransport. In dieser Arbeit zeigt sich, dass bei laminarem Durchfluss eines Rührbehälters mit wandschabenden Einbauten der Wärmetransport durch Erhöhung der Drehzahl reduziert wird. In dem vergleichsweise kurzen Apparat kann dieses Verhalten auf die Abhängigkeit des Wärmetransports vom Strömungsprofil zurückgeführt werden.
