Abstract

This paper considers a problem of illiteracy of students using the In ternet: potential audience of new online media and the lack of pedagog ical help from parents. The author analyzes the results of the survey among students of Voronezh on the use of the Internet and singles out media education as an essential element of education of competent In ternet user and the formation of a real audience of online media.

Рассматривается потенциальная аудитория онлайновых СМИ для детей и подростков. Эмпирической базой послужило исследование, проведенное среди 1 000 воронежских школьников, ярко демонстрирующее основные проблемы, возникающие при использовании детьми Интернета. Автор выделяет медиаобразование как основной элемент воспитания грамотного интернет-пользователя и формирования реальной аудитории интернет-СМИ.
