Abstract

В представленной статье раскрыта общая ситуация, сложившаяся в электроэнергетической отрасли РФ. Проанализированы предпосылки реформирования электроэнергетики. Классифицированы цели и задачи реструктуризации энергопредприятий. Выявлены основные этапы реформирования предприятий электроэнергетического комплекса РФ. Дана ретроспективная и современная характеристики основных этапов реформирования электроэнергетического комплекса РФ в целом. Проанализирована управленческая и контроллинговая деятельность энергопредприятий двух приграничных друг другу регионов – Самарской и Оренбургской областей. Подробно описан процесс реформирования энергетики в данных регионах. Рассмотрены основные риски, которые могут снизить эффективность функционирования энергосбытовой компании. Выделены цели стратегического развития компании, направленные на укрепление конкурентоспособности, снижение вероятности возникновения рисков и минимизацию их возможных последствий. Представлена система управления предприятием с учетом контроллинга производственно-экономической деятельности.

The study traces the generalsituation in theelectric powerindustry of Russia. It analyzes the preconditions of power industry reform. Moreover the goals and objectives of energy enterprises restructuring are classified and the main stages of the Russian power industry reform are identified. The study gives the retrospective and mod-ern characteristics of the main stages of the Russian power industry reform in general, with particular focus on energy enterprises of Samara and Orenburg regions. The paper gives thorough examination of the process of the power industry reforming in these regions. The principal risks that could reduce the efficiency of power supply company are considered as well as the goals of the company’s strategic development to strengthen competitive-ness and reduce these risks are identified.As a result the study provides the system of management of the enter-prise considering the controlling of its operating activity.
