Abstract

Mushrooms represent an independent kingdom of the organic world, being intermediate between animals and plants. They play an extremely important role in the nature. The special attention is deserved by the highest mushrooms macromicetes. Among them there are mikorizoobrazovatel, parasites of wood, shrubby and grassy plants, saprotrofny destroyers of wood, forest and steppe felt, sources of biologically active and medicinal agents, perspective objects of an industrial gribovodstvo sources of proteinaceous foodstuff [1,2,9]. The purpose – to study a nutrition value macromicetes valleys of the Bottom Volga. The data received as a result of conducted research, can be a source of information on distribution of interesting types macromicetes, possessing nutritious and flavoring qualities.
