Особенности инновационного развития образовательных комплексов

Abstract

Отражены особенности процесса инновационного развития образовательных комплексов в формировании стратегии и тактики инновационного развития Российской Федерации. Обоснованы теоретические подходы к формированию учебно-научно-инновационных комплексов на базе высших учебных заведений. Представлена оценка реорганизации университетов в университеты инновационного типа, ориентированных на современные требования рынка. Доказана целесообразность создания учебно-научно-инновационных комплексов на базе высших учебных заведений, поскольку их функционирование даст возможность ускорить процесс инновационной модернизации высокотехнологичных разработок во всех отраслях экономики Российской Федерации, приведет к увеличению конкурентных преимуществ развития экономики в будущем за счет активного внедрения в практику и продвижения на рынок продуктов научно-технической и инновационной деятельности.

The article describes peculiarities of innovative development of educational complexes in formation of strategies and tactics for innovative development in the Russian Federation. The theories of formation of educational-scientific-innovative complexes on the base of educational institution are presented. Reorganization of Universities into Innovative Universities, which meet the needs of the modern society, is estimated. The authors prove practicability of creation of educational scientific innovative complexes on the basis of higher educational institutions, since it will give the opportunities to quicken the process of modernization of higher-technological elaborations in all spheres of Russian economy in the future with the help of active reduction in practice and carrying forward the products of the scientific-technical and innovational activities.
