Abstract

The author emphasizes that during this period in the country there is a motley multi-party, which lasted until the mid 20-ies. Various political parties have sought to fit into diverse fan of social development alternatives. They had their own program, which defined the interests and hopes of particular social groups. The programs of the parties of wide political spectrum in varying degrees, and reflected issues of public education. A lof of people see the aim of education as possible way of education and possible ways of achievement, by educational resources of educational institutions. At the same time, the requirements increase the network of educational institutions and the necessary funds for these needs native party all directions.

Автор подчеркивает, что в начале ХХ в. в стране возникает пестрая многопартийность, просуществовавшая до середины 20-х гг. Различные политические партии стремились вписаться в многообразный веер альтернатив общественного развития. Они имели свои программы, которые определяли интересы и надежды конкретных социальных групп. В программах партий самого щирокого политического спектра в той или иной степени нашли отражение и вопросы народного образования. Разными виделись цели образования и пути их достижения возможными просветительными средствами учебных заведений. Вместе с тем требования увеличения сети учебных заведений и необходимых средств на эти нужды роднили партии всех направлений.
