Abstract

The article analyzes different opinions about the role of pedagogic encouraging cadets to overcome the difficulties of interaction in the learning process at a military higher education institution. Pedagogic encouraging cadets to overcome the difficulties in the interaction in the community of at a military higher education institution is understood as the process of creating motive-forming terms of personal development using emotionally-saturated means-motives, purposefully causing in a military institution student need for achieving high results of joint activity and for communication by self-resolution of emerging problems. Therefore, as the core technology used in this work, we have chosen pedagogic stimulation as a special type of educational activity, based on the impact on meaningful, motivational sphere of an individual cadet.

В статье анализируются различные мнения о роли педагогического стимулирования курсантов к преодолению трудностей взаимодействия в процессе обучения в военном вузе. Педагогическое стимулирование к преодолению трудностей во взаимодействии в сообществе военного вуза понимается как процесс создания мотивообразующих условий развития личности с помощью эмоционально-насыщенных средств стимулов, целенаправленно вызывающих у курсанта потребность в достижении высоких результатов совместной деятельности и общения путем самостоятельного разрешения возникающих у них проблем. В качестве центральной технологии, используемой в работе, избрано педагогическое стимулирование, как особый вид воспитательной деятельности, основанный на влиянии на смысловую, мотивационную сферу личности курсанта.
