Использование категориально-системной методологии при формировании региональной системы государственного мониторинга земель сельскохозяйственного назначения

Abstract

Scientific search becomes more effective if based on certain theories, methods, modeling, complex research programs. The use of categorical apparatus for improving the system of use of agricultural land allows a detailed analysis of necessary conditions for the development of agriculture in the region. In this case, monitoring of land, especially state monitoring of agricultural land should be given a particularly important role as complex of these activities allows selecting a system of indicators to measure such conditions as early as the first stages of research.

Применяется категориальный аппарат при совершенствовании системы использования земель сельскохозяйственного назначения, который позволяет провести развернутый анализ необходимых условий развития агропромышленного комплекса региона. При этом мониторингу земель, в особенности государственному мониторингу земель сельскохозяйственного назначения, отводится особенно важная роль, так как комплекс данных мероприятий позволяет выделять систему показателей оценки таких условий уже на одном из первых этапов исследований.
