Специфика управления инновациями в высшей школе

Abstract

The article considers the pedagogical aspects of the problem of innovation management in higher education, determines their specificity and the stages of innovative process determining the factors and reasons of successful implementation of innovations at all levels of management.

В статье рассматриваются педагогические аспекты проблемы управления инновациями в высшем образовании, выделена их специфика, определены этапы осуществления инновационного процесса, проанализированы факторы и причины успешной реализации новшеств на всех уровнях управления.
