Факторы риска и Структура психосоматических расстройств у высокоинтеллектуальных школьников

Abstract

У высокоинтеллектуальных школьников было проведено клинико-функциональное исследования факторов риска и структуры психосоматических расстройств. Определены наиболее важные перинатальные, соматические и социальные факторы риска формирования ПСР, структура психосоматических нарушений в зависимости от реализации творческого потенциала. Так, вегето-сосудистая дистония (ВСД), функциональные расстройства желудочно-кишечного тракта (ЖКТ), артериальная гипертензия, экзогенно-конституциональное ожирение и аллергопатология встречались у высокоинтеллектуальных школьников обеих групп без значимых различий, а патология в виде: артериальной гипотензии и синкопальных состояний значимо превалировала у школьников, не сумевших реализовать свой интеллектуальный потенциал.

Do gifted students was conducted clinical and functional study of risk factors and the structure of psychosomatic disorders. Identified the most important perinatal, somatic and social risk factors of, psychosomatic disorders, the structure of psychosomatic disorders, depending on the realization of creative potential. Thus, vegetative-vascular dystonia, functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, hypertension, exogenous constitutional obesity and of allergy occurred in gifted students in both groups without significant differences, and pathology in the form of hypotension and syncope significantly prevalent among students who failed to realize their intellectual potential.
