Abstract

We have done the analysis of the aim the project Centre technological support of additional education of children. The aim of the project is scientific and technical education, promotion of technical education and the development of an adaptive youth generation in Russia, which will be able to generate new innovative projects, to apply the received knowledge and leading high technologies for the implementation of the project mentioned above. Project tasks include: fostering the creativity of pupils in general educational institutions, institutions of supplementary education for children and young people, as well as developing their interest in computer science, engineering, mathematics, design, natural and applied sciences, technical professions; creation of the needed conditions for the development of creative inspiration, formation of the spirit of ingenuity and innovational entrepreneurship through the involvement of young people of any age into the world of modern technologies for prototyping and design; creation of conditions for the development of engineering and humanitarian talents, personal growth and professional promotion, testing and commercialization of innovative ideas. In addition, the project is aimed at organization of functional connections between educational, scientific and production innovative enterprises and the creation of centers for technical support in the field of the formation and development of the urban workforce in the sphere of innovative technologies.

Проведен анализ цели реализации проекта «Центры технологической поддержки дополнительного образования детей». Целью проекта является научно-техническое просвещение, популяризация технического образования и воспитание адаптивного поколения молодежи в России, способного генерировать новые инновационные проекты, применять полученные знания и ведущие в мире наукоемкие технологии для их реализации. Задачами проекта являются: поощрение творчества учащихся общеобразовательных учреждений, учреждений дополнительного образования детей и молодежи, а также интереса к вычислительной технике, инженерии, математике, дизайну, естественным и прикладным наукам, техническим профессиям; создание объективных условий для развития творческого вдохновения, формирования духа изобретательности и инновационного предпринимательства посредством привлечения молодежи любого возраста к миру современных технологий прототипирования и дизайна изделий любого назначения; создание условий для развития инженерных и гуманитарных талантов, личностного роста и профессионального продвижения, проверки и коммерциализации инновационных идей. Кроме того, проект ориентирован на организацию функциональных связей между образовательными, научными и производственными инновационными предприятиями и создание на базе центров технологической поддержки площадок формирования и развития городского кадрового резерва в сфере инновационных технологий.
