Современное состояние и проблемы интенсификации сельскохозяйственных земель Западного Приамурья

Abstract

Проведен анализ современного использования сельскохозяйственных земель Западного Приамурья, в границах административной Амурской области. Выявлены основные причины и факторы, сдерживающие эффективность землепользования, определены стратегические направления интенсификации сельскохозяйственных земель, рассмотрены перспективные инвестиционные проекты.

The modern use of agricultural lands of the Western Amur region within administrative Amur Region is analyzed. The main reasons and factors, hampering the efficiency of land use are identified. The strategy of intensification of agricultural lands in local conditions is determined and prospective investment projects are considered.
