СОВРЕМЕННАЯ МОДЕЛЬ МЕТОДИЧЕСКОЙ ГОТОВНОСТИ ПЕДАГОГОВ К РАБОТЕ В УСЛОВИЯХ ИНКЛЮЗИВНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

Abstract

The organization of the inclusive educational process in the higher professional educational institution could not be possible without creating of methodical readiness of high level of teachers. The model of methodical readiness of teachers of high institutions in inclusive was created by the author. Also the conditions of its effective realization were discovered. The model says that methodological approaches, structure and content contain mechanisms, ways of the adaptation of subjects of educational process with special educational needs to the conditions of educational environment. The author of the article shows that the methodical readiness materializes with using of special pedagogical conditions of inclusive educational environment step by step.

Организация инклюзивного образовательного процесса в высшем профессиональном учебном заведении не представляется возможной без формирования методической готовности высокого уровня у преподавателей. Автором разработана модель методической готовности преподавателя вуза к профессиональной деятельности в инклюзивной образовательной среде, а также выявлены условия ее эффективной реализации. Предлагаемая модель строится на методологических подходах, включающих механизмы, пути адаптации субъектов образовательного процесса с особыми образовательными потребностями к условиям образовательной среды. Автор статьи отмечает, что методическая готовность реализуется в специальных педагогических условиях инклюзивной образовательной среды последовательно и поэтапно.
