Abstract

В данной статье раскрывается процесс формирования инновационной деятельности в региональном вузе как части региональной образовательной системы, функционирующей в условиях нового качества образования. Структурно-содержательные особенности инновационной деятельности, представленные в контексте развития педагогического менеджмента в условиях регионального вуза, являются методологическим основанием для дальнейшего развертывания рассматриваемой научной проблемы на достижение нового качества образования российских вузов.

The process of formation of innovative activity at a regional university as part of the regional education system functioning in conditions of new education quality is reviewed in the article. Structural and content features of innovative activity presented in the context of the development of pedagogical management at a regional university are the methodological reasons for the further disclosure of this problem to achieve of new education quality of Russian Institutes of higher education.
