Abstract

Effective educational process is impossible now without use of information resources access to which becomes the necessary condition providing quality of formation. It is obvious that use of information technology raises interest by a training subject, promotes the best mastering of a studied material, and reduces time losses at carrying out of employment and independent work. Now in the field of information formation the basic attention is focused on problems of creation of effective electronic educational resources.
