Интеграция систем управления качеством в энергетике

Abstract

In this paper is considered only the electric power business. More exactly in this business services are electricity transmission and technological connection is a commodity. Power industry is the most important sector of the economy. It is the most important factor in the socio-economic development and an essential element of national security. This article discusses approaches to the definition of quality in the electricity industry. In the example of "Tambovenergo" is analyzed of the company´s policy in the quality area. The organization considers, that it is necessary create of the Integrated System of Quality Management. The result of such a system is to provide services with guaranteed consistently high level of quality. They must correspond to consumers´ expectations. The article raises the problem of a narrow view to the quality management system in the electricity industry.

В данной статье рассматривается только электроэнергетический бизнес, а точнее бизнес, товаром которого являются услуги по передаче электроэнергии и технологическому присоединению. Электроэнергетика – важнейшая отрасль народного хозяйства, наиболее важный фактор социально-экономического развития, важнейший элемент национальной безопасности страны. В статье рассматриваются подходы к определению качества в электроэнергетике. На примере ОАО «Тамбовэнерго» проводится анализ политики компании в области качества. Организация считает необходимым создание Интегрированной системы менеджмента качества. Результатом построения такой системы является предоставление услуг с гарантированным стабильно высоким уровнем качества, соответствующим ожиданиям потребителей. В статье поднимается проблема узкого взгляда на систему менеджмента качества в электроэнергетике.
