Abstract

Today there are a number of regulations declaring the right of disabled persons to education on an adapted educational programs (AOP) of higher education. These acts, duplicating each other, determine only the educational organization’s obligation to elaborate the AOP and establish general criterion for their application, but do not determine directly the methodology for the development and implementation of such programs. The article focuses on the necessity to adopt Methodical recommendations on the development and implementation of AOP for higher education, the structure and content of these programs.
