
Рассматривается авторская модель формирования этнокультурной идентичности подростков в учреждениях дополнительного образования, раскрываются все компоненты модели, использование которой позволяет повышать эффективность педагогического процесса.
The author's model of formation ethnic culture of identity of the teenagers in establishments of additional education is considered, all components of model are revealed, which use allows to raise efficiency of pedagogical process.
