Abstract

Now in track and field athletics throwing at identical level of the functional readiness the majority of athletes achieves much more modest results, in comparison with skill of the elite, having spent sometimes not less than they physical efforts have and time in the course of training. Throwers who manage to realize the motor qualities to the maximum in very rational technics of a throw achieve good results. It is promoted by more skillful use of strictly limited number of special exercises in training process. In consciousness of the majority of trainers, the training to throwing is limited to familiarity with technics of concrete sports exercise and proceeds only at the initial stages of sports improvement. All rest of the time training repetition of the acquired occurs. It is supposed that improvement of the way of performance of technics of the throwing happens in itself. We consider that classification of the special exercises applied in training of the qualified javelin throwers will allow individualizing the system of training of the athlete.
