Проблема избыточной массы тела студенток гуманитарных специальностей

Abstract

Определена степень соответствия массы тела длине тела студенток гуманитарных специальностей. К исследованиям были привлечены 526 студенток, средний возраст которых 18 лет и 4 месяца. Для определения соответствия массы тела длине тела был использован BMI. Установлено, что в среднем 13,5% всех студенток имеют избыточную массу тела, которую они унаследовали по женской линии. С детства избыточную массу тела имеют 36,4% студенток, 45,4% с подросткового возраста, у других эта проблема возникла в возрасте 16 17 лет. Большинство из них хотели бы привести ее к норме и приобщиться к регулярным занятиям физическими упражнениями.

Have been defined a degree of conformity of body mass to length of humanitarian specialities students. Have been research 526 students, the middle age of them is 18 years and 4 month. For definition conformity of body mass to length of body is used BMI. It is set that on the average 13,5% of all students have surplus mass of body, which they inherited on a female line. From childhood 36,4% students have surplus mass of body, 45,4% from teens, At others this problem has arisen at the age of 16-17 years. Most of them would like to bring it over to the norm and to join regular employment by physical exercises.
