PRINCIPLES OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE CHOREOGRAPHY TEACHERS

Abstract

The concept of development of teacher education in Ukraine and its integration into the European educational space necessitates the training of a new generation of teachers. Accordingly, today there is a growing need to educate the future teacher as an innovative person, able to perceive and manage new information, make decisions quickly and independently, actively and confidently, instilling the skills of designing the future, learning with advancement, and improving self-improvement. The above points to the need to transform the content of education into a mechanism of systematic development of the personality of the modern teacher, which is aimed at the organic combination of theoretical training with practical experience, the formation of personal and professional qualities, creative self-realization in pedagogical activity, which in general affects the professionalism of the professional competence. In this regard, there is an awareness of the urgent need to reform and update the system of training future teachers of artistic direction, including teachers of choreography. The training of specialists in the field of choreographic art is a long and complex process, in which both the education of the teacher as an individual and the professional formation of a choreographer are carried out. Taking into account the specifics of choreographic training, higher educational institutions determine the prospects of creating the necessary prerequisites for the use of innovative teaching technologies, which should focus on the formation of students' professionally significant qualities, expanding their artistic outlook, improving the level of general choreographic culture. The skilful combination of general pedagogical abilities with the art of reproducing dance skills in artistic and creative activity indicates the achievement of professional choreography by the teacher. The effectiveness of the process of professional training of future choreography teachers, in our opinion, depends on the principles, innovative technologies, forms and methods of teaching. In this regard, we were offered a system of didactic principles, taking into account the choreographic specificity, the functioning of which is possible under the conditions of unity, interconnection and interdependence of the following principles: the principle of unity of culture and education; the principle of humanization; the principle of nature compliance; the principle of multi-complexity and variability; the principle of using the pedagogical potential of art; the principle of interdisciplinary and integration; the principle of systematic and consistency; the principle of practical orientation; the principle of accessibility; the principle of clarity; the principle of repeated repetition; the principle of rationality; principle of collective labour.
