PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF STUDENTS IN THE PROCESSES OF MONITORING COMPETENCE

ЛИЧНОСТНЫЕ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ В ПРОЦЕССАХ КОНТРОЛЯ КОМПЕТЕНЦИЙ СТУДЕНТОВ

Abstract

The article presents an innovative approach to monitoring the competencies of university students as a set of educational achievements and personal characteristics in the study of the disciplinary module. Based on the system and activity approaches, the study conducts an evaluation procedure in the educational process, which provides for the transition from the ascertaining to the accumulative status of educational achievements, taking into account personal characteristics. The study demonstrates the methodology for including the assessment of personal characteristics in the procedures for monitoring the forming competencies of students and evaluates personal characteristics by methods of diagnostics on the localization of control and the level of aspiration. The acquired experimental data suggest that taking into account psychological characteristics increases the objectivity of diagnostics and ensures the success of predicting the processes of forming the competencies of students.

В статье представлен инновационный подход к контролю компетенций студентов вузов, как совокупности образовательных достижений и проявления личностных характеристик при изучении дисциплинарного модуля. Представлена оценочная процедура в образовательном процессе, предусматривающая переход от констатирующего к накопительному статусу образовательных достижений с учетом личностных характеристик, базирующаяся на системном и деятельностном подходах. Приведен порядок включения оценки личностных характеристик в процедуры контроля формируемых компетенций студентов. Личностные характеристики оценивались по методикам диагностики локализации контроля и уровня притязаний. Экспериментальные данные дают основания утверждать, что учет психологических характеристик повышает объективность диагностики и обеспечивает успешность прогнозирования процессов формирования компетенций студентов.
