EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE OF HUMANITARIAN AND LEGAL PREPARATION FOR FUTURE ENGINEERS

Abstract

In the article a retrospective analysis of modern foreign experience of humanitarian training of future specialists of engineering specialties is taken into account taking into account the current requirements of standards of professional qualifications and a definite list of key professional competencies. Established (orienting to the experience of the Republic of Poland) the dependence of high professional competence of engineers on world-view (socio-humanitarian, normative-legal, managerial) training; it is proved that the European model of effective modern education requires specialists of engineering secrets of orientation in the whole complex of legal knowledge. It has been found that the world is increasingly inclined to think that the human potential to face the future worthily and successfully deal with new problems depends to a large extent on the orientation of engineering and technical thought, which will be determined by the capacity of national education systems in general and engineering education, in particular, from which is expected to solve complex practical problems that require profound humanitarian and professional-oriented special legal knowledge. Therefore, there is a need for a special study of the process of forming the legal competence of future engineers, defining its content, factors, dynamics, as well as solving those aspects of the formation of legal competence, which are still left without the attention of researchers: the essence of legal competence as a compulsory component of professional competence of bachelors of engineering specialties ; features and specifics of forming the legal competence of the employees of this group; the identification of pedagogical conditions and the construction of a technology for the formation of their legal competence.
