COMMON MISTAKES (ANTIPATTERNS) OF EDUCATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The article deals with common issues in the organization of educational and methodological activities in higher educational institutions. The study analyzes the causes and consequences of the discussed phenomena and proposes to use the concept of antipatterns (common unsuccessful decisions) widely used in the field of software development for the current research. The research also identifies and classifies several antipatterns of educational and methodological activity common in the work of higher education institutions according to the proposed scheme: "Hobson's choice" (vybor bez vybora), "next, please!" (svobodnaja kassa), "feudal fragmentation" (feodal'naja razdroblennost'), etc. The results of the work allow for outlining the general directions for improving educational and methodological activities in the higher education of today.
