FORMATION OF STUDENT’S SUBJECTIVE POSITION BASED ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SYSTEM-ACTIVITY APPROACH TO TRAINING

Abstract

The article presents the experience of the subjective position formation of university students. The subjective position is expressed in the students internal activity, that is, his/her involvement in the selfeducation processes, selfrealization, selfimprovement, selfanalysis, correction of his/her activities, etc. In our opinion, the most productive technology for activating these processes is the technology of the systemactivity approach to learning. As an example, the article presents a training session on the topic Network Planning. Analysis of the network model for the Human Resource Management training program.
