СУЩНОСТЬ И СОДЕРЖАНИЕ АКСИОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТИ БУДУЩИХ ОФИЦЕРОВ

Abstract

В основе совершенствования профессионального, в том числе, военно-профессионального, образования лежит, в первую очередь, четкое определение его целевых ориентиров. В соответствии с современными тенденциями определения методологии образования, его целевые ориентиры должны формулироваться в терминах компетентностного подхода. С другой стороны, теоретический анализ научной литературы и нормативно-правовых актов свидетельствует о значимости аксиологического содержания профессиональной подготовки курсантов. В статье, в качестве целевого ориентира военно-профессионального образования, характеризуется один из содержательных компонентов профессиональной компетентности офицеров – аксиологическая компетентность; основывается ее структура и содержание, критерии сформированности.

At the heart of the professional development, including professional military, education is, first of all, a clear definition of its targets. In accordance with current trends determining the methodology of education and its targets should be formulated in terms of the competence-based approach. On the other hand, the theoretical analysis of scientific literature and legal acts indicates the importance of axiological content of vocational training of cadets. In the article, as a target value of military professional education, it is characterized by one of the substantial components of professional competence of the officers - axiological competence; based its structure and content, the criteria of formation.
