TECHNOLOGY OF PHYSICAL EXERCISES TEACHING IN THE MODERN UKRAINIAN SCHOOL

Abstract

Physical education takes place in the school environment. The correspondence of this education to the needs and demands of pupils is the first task of the development of a new Ukrainian school. The definition of the subject-object relations of a modern school and a pupil is a primary goal of physical education. The technology of teaching physical exercises is disclosed by means of using the following methodology: dialectical approach, conscious knowledge acquisition, conection of learning outcomes with real life. The influence of the technology of training physical exercises on the positive qualities of pupils according to such indicators as physical readiness, self-organization, self-improvement and teamwork skills, resistance to stress and illnesses, self-control, resistance to negative habits, confidence in their actions and ability to achieve their goals is highlighted. The study involved 168 students in grades 6-7 of secondary schools Drogobuch town. To determine the significance of each of these indicators, the method of expert assessments (rankings) is used. The levels of significance of each of the indicators in the formation of positive qualities of students are established. The mechanism of providing flexible positive qualities in students and training physical exercises in the course of their formation is presented. The conditions for the formation of the need for physical exercises for pupils of secondary schools are offered. The schoolchildren of experimental groups by means of technology studies of physical exercises laid hands on self-perfection, produced for itself a certain self-appraisal, studied to resist to stresses and work in a command, small percent of schoolchildren by means of physical exercises resist to the negative habits. Undertaken a study grounds to assert that, the got results testify: that with age-old development the personal interest and requirement are lost in the study of physical exercises, only by means of the inculcated technology meaningfulness of indexes grows. And although physical exercises are not tied to any block in general lines pedagogical abilities, however they in a that other degree influence on the result of educational activity of every student. Each of them, it gives an opportunity affirmative to say, that technology studies of physical exercises has a difficult mechanism of mastering and use in vital functions and needs the new going near physical education of schoolchildren.
