Abstract

Une cellule photovoltaïque comprend une première couche d'un premier matériau absorbeur comprenant une face avant, une face arrière sur laquelle des premières électrodes de contact de première polarité sont inter-digitées avec des deuxièmes électrodes de contact de seconde polarité, une deuxième couche d'un deuxième matériau absorbeur, au-dessus de la première couche, comprenant une face avant, des troisièmes électrodes de contact de seconde polarité étant placées sur la face avant de la deuxième couche, les premier et deuxième matériaux semi-conducteurs possèdent des affinités électroniques et des largeurs de bande interdite telles que des porteurs ayant la première polarité, transitent entre la première et la deuxième couche et sont collectés des première et deuxième couches par les premières électrodes, des porteurs de deuxième polarité sont collectés depuis la première couche par les deuxièmes électrodes, des porteurs de deuxième polarité sont collectés depuis la deuxième couche par les troisièmes électrodes.
