Dataset from cyclic loading a three‐storey concrete RC structure with smooth bars, before and after retrofitting

Abstract

The dataset provides the data acquired from the cyclic lateral load test of a 2:3-scale three-storey, one-by-two-bay, strong beam-weak column RC structure, focusing on the effects of the column’s smooth bars. The structure was tested in the as-built state as well after been retrofitted via FRP wrapping.The tests were performed at Structures Laboratory (StruLab) of the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Patras (GR). The study has been funded by the European Commission through the Transnational Access (Project ARISTA) component of H2020 Project SERA (Seismology and Earthquake Engineering Research Infrastructure Alliance for Europe, Grant Agreement Nr. 730900).
